Images must be in RGB format and be in either JPG, GIF or PNG format.



Please make sure work does not exceed 200m on any given side.





Please state what edition number and of how many editions your entry is. Please be reminded it must be of an edition no larger than 5 (with an additional two artist proofs being allowed, making it 7 in total).



Please state estimated sale price of painting in US dollars or Euro, i.e. the price that a gallery would normally charge for a painting of this size and quality by you. This will be used as a guide price at the final exhibition and sale. If you have never sold a painting through a gallery then leave blank and the Foundation will give its own estimate.



Please provide a brief description of the concept and vision behind your piece of work as well as your profile as an artist.




Entry Fee

US$25 per work entered must be paid, which will be donated to charity. The entry fee can be paid by cheque that can be drawn on a Hong Kong or UK bank account in either HK$, US$, GBP or Euro. The cheque or cash (paper money only - no coins please) should be sent to the Foundation. Cheques should be made payable to "The Sovereign Art Foundation Limited". 1601-1603 Kinwick Centre, 32 Hollywood Road, Central, Hong Kong. You can also pay your entry fee online via the Just Giving website.
