This privacy notice is issued by The Sovereign Art Foundation and its related charities (“SAF”), whereby one or more of those charities may process your personal data which by definition is any information that can identify a living person. Purpose of processing your data


To enable SAF to maintain and run the foundation which includes but is not limited to actioning donations received from the donors and maintaining relationships with third party service providers.

  2. Partners of SAF such as sponsors or art related institutions

We may disclose your personal information in some cases to governmental agencies or entities, regulatory authorities or other persons in line with any applicable law, regulations, court order or official request. For example, your data may be shared with these entities where SAF would be expected to cooperate in the event of a criminal investigation.
