Join the Sovereign Art Foundation and Galeria NAVE for a special private evening celebrating O Banquete (1), an exhibition showcasing 11 finalist artists selected through NAVE’s inaugural open-call prize.

Bringing together a diverse group of emerging contemporary artists, the exhibition highlights the creativity, ambition and breadth of Portugal’s next generation of artistic talent.

As part of this new collaboration, Sovereign Art Foundation Chairman Howard Bilton served as a judge for the prize, with one finalist receiving a special entry into the 2026 Sovereign Portuguese Art Prize.

The evening will include a guided tour of the exhibition, wine and refreshments, and the opportunity to meet fellow collectors, artists and supporters of contemporary art in an intimate setting.

At the Sovereign Art Foundation, we believe that collaboration across the cultural sector helps create greater opportunities for artists while expanding public engagement with contemporary art. We are proud to support initiatives such as O Banquete (1) that share this vision.

All proceeds from the event support the Sovereign Art Foundation Portugal’s expressive arts and community programmes for vulnerable children across Portugal.
